Inspired by legendary family delis of Europe, we cure our meats for twelve days and bake our sourdough fresh every morning. We adapt classic recipes to the vibrant, sunlit energy of Cape Town's iconic coastline.
Whether you are stopping by for a quick promenade lunch or sitting down for a flat white, our space provides warm, familiar hospitality and the finest local ingredients.
Every ingredient is sourced locally
We partner directly with independent Western Cape farmers and local providores. From stone-ground flour to pasture-raised dairy, we make sure every single ingredient supports the coastal community we call home. No shortcuts, just honest food.
